Red Glitter

Hey y'all!
Today I have a super simple, yet festive look for you today!

This is two coats of Sinful Colors (Sinful Shine) Picante with one coat of Milani 584 Red.

I absolutely love this look! I've actually worn it more than once this holiday season!

Are you ready for the holidays? Do you have a manicure planned or will you just wing it? Let me know below! :)

Pink Carmine Circle Glitter

* The following products were sent to me for my honest review. For more information, please visit my disclosure policy.*
Hey y'all!
Today's post features N.NAIL 2.5mm Circle Glitter-Pink Carmine [NNAIL-HB96-2-5mm] from KKCenterHK!

These glitters, in the color pink carmine, are 2.5 mm in size. They also are on the thicker side when it comes to height.
I placed twelve of these glitters on my ring finger to create a disco ball effect. To top the look off, I put one glitter at the base of the other nails.

The base color used is an unnamed neon pink from Color Club.

These glitters retail for $2.50 USD, and as you can see in the picture above, you get a large tub full. There are many colors to chose from on KKCenterHK's site.

Overall, I really like these glitters. They create a dimensional look when in the light, almost like a disco ball. I will definitely use these again and I have a feeling you'll see these in a nail art look soon! ;)

Zoya Willa & Imogen

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I have a super quick and cute nail art look for you!

I started off with two coats of Willa. Then using guides I did half moons with Imogen. I added an accent of Imogen on my ring finger; then I topped it off with top coat.

I'm really loving the way this turned out!

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I have a super cute manicure using four products from Born Pretty Store! I have a 10% off discount code, so make sure you grab it at the end of this post!

Polishes Used:
Sinful Colors Orange Cream
Sinful Colors Unicorn
Sinful Colors Sugar Rush
Rimmel London French White Nail Tip Liner
Milani Art of Gold

On my index finger I used a  Pattern 29 3D Nail Art Decoration, which is the gold mermaid glitter. I also used a 3mm pink rhinestone and two silver rhinestones.

On my ringer finger I used a Pattern 39 3D Nail Art Decoration, which is a gorgeous gold sea shell glitter. I also used a 3mm dark blue rhinestone, along with two silver rhinestones.

This look was inspired by a nail art look I saw on the mermaid and sea shell product page!

The mermaid and sea shell glitters were very easy to apply. I gave them a slight curve using an orange stick and they fit perfectly on my nails.

Overall, I was really impressed with the four products from Born Pretty Store. You can get 10% off of your next order using the code YSG10 at checkout!

Zoya Spencer & Jindie Nails Pretty Penny

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Over the course of the week I went back to nubbins! I can never decide what length I want, but hopefully the nubbins will be around for a while.

This is two coats of Zoya Spencer with a double accent of Jindie Nails Pretty Penny.

I am loving these two polishes together! They remind me of fall, which I hope comes soon, as it is still getting up to almost ninety degrees here.

What are your thoughts on the double accent?
So far, I'm loving it!

Sinful Colors Pragmatic & Salon Perfect Flower Power

Hello Lacquer Lovers!

To match my blog's new look, I decided to go with a purple manicure!

Today I have a manicure featuring two of my favorite drugstore brands: Sinful Colors and Salon Perfect! I love Sinful Colors because they are good quality, cheap, and wear like iron. Salon Perfect is keeping up with the indie polish scene, which for a major brand is very important!

I started off with two coats of Sinful Colors Pragmatic. This polish is from the Sinful Shine line.

I topped it off with one coat of Salon Perfect Flower Power. Flower power has large pink circle, large yellow circle, small yellow hex, small blue hex, and small pink hex glitters. The base was kind of thick, so I ended up with some bubbles on my nail.

Overall, I really like this look. It is very summery and girly- perfect to ring in the new school year with!

What is your favorite drugstore brand at the moment?

Sinful Colors All the Rage & You Polish Neon Sprinkles or Something

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I have two polishes that were meant for each other. I mean, just look at this....

Sinful Colors All the Rage is a part of the Sinful Shine line, which I absolutely love! I used two coats for complete opacity.

I topped it off with one coat of You Polish Neon Sprinkles or Something. It has yellow hex, lime square, blue hex, and giant pink hex glitters. I did have to fish out the giant pink hex, but that is to be expected of a glitter in a mini bottle. This polish has been sitting in my untrieds for the longest time, but it may be one of my new favorites. I actually won it in a giveaway from Lace and Lacquers a year ago!

This mani also let me debut my new nubbins, which may stay for a while. They don't chip as much when they are short and this is very important because I'll be going back to school in less than ten days!

Palette Cleanser

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Happy Fourth of July to my fellow Americans!
Today I have a palette cleansing manicure, as looking through hundreds of Fourth of July manicures can get a bit overwhelming.

I started off with two coats of Zoya Rue. Rue is a subtle blush color and is opaque in two even coats.

Then I applied one coat of OPI Lights of Emerald City. Lights of Emerald City has large white square and small iridescent square glitters. I had to fish the white squares out, but it gave an overall decent glitter payoff.

I hope everyone has a safe holiday! :)

Sinful Colors Alfresco & Pure Ice Never Satisfied

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I have a very cute pairing to show you!

I used two coats of Sinful Colors Alfresco. Alfresco is the perfect light blue. The formula was awesome and dried very quickly.
This polish is a part of Sinful Colors' Sinful Shine with Gel Tech line. I would say that for $1.99USD, this polish is a steal! The deal gets even sweeter if you pick it up during one of Walgreens $0.99USD sales!

I topped it off with one coat of Pure Ice Never Satisfied. Never Satisfied is a glitter topper with medium yellow hex, medium pink hex, and micro teal hex glitters. The formula was great! I didn't have to fish for the glitter; it came right out!
For $1.97USD, you can't go wrong if you pick up this polish!

I absolutely loved this pairing! This was one of the rare times that I wore a manicure that I swatched for more than a day and I must say that I was very impressed! It wore for a solid three days without any chips! It probably could have gone longer, but I had other nail polish to swatch! ;)

Zoya Awaken Collection

 * The following products were sent to me for my honest review. For more information, please visit my disclosure policy.*
Hello Lacquer Lovers!
I know my post is late today, but never late than never! :) Today I have the Zoya Awaken collection, including Monet!

 Zoya Dot
Dot is a pale pink with an okay coverage. I used three coats, but there were still some bald spots.

Zoya Cole
Cole is a light tangerine. Like Dot, Cole has an okay coverage. I used three coats.

Zoya Monet
Zoya Monet is full of iridescent glitter! I used one coat over three coats of Zoya Dot.

Zoya Brooklyn
Brooklyn is a pale yellow leaning gold shimmer polish. Here I used three coats.

Zoya Dillon
Dillon is a seafoam shimmer. I used three coats.

Zoya Rebel
Rebel is a blue shimmer. Here I used three coats.

Zoya Hudson
Hudson is a lilac purple shimmer. I used three coats.

Overall, I was impressed! Go job Zoya!

NOPI Love Your Life

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Long time, no see! :) Today I have a super cute Valentine's Day look, especially if you're pressed for time.
NOPI Love Your Life is a clear base with shimmer and light pink heart glitters.
I used one coat of NOPI Love Your Life over one coat of an unlabeled hot pink Color Club.
While it is such a pretty polish, I was a little disappointed, as I had to fish for every heart glitter. :( I expected it, but I was sad that one didn't come out by itself.
I picked up this polish on sale at RiteAid for $1.87USD! For what I paid, I'm impressed, but if I would have shelled out $11.00USD for this, I would have been a little upset.
Overall, it creates a cute and simple Valentine's day look!

I'll see y'all on Thursday!

ellagee's White Lace, Delphinium, & Promises

 * The following polishes were sent to me for my honest review. For more information, please visit my disclosure policy.*

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Happy Chinese New Year to those who celebrate! :)
Today I have three polishes from ellagee! Laura sent me White Lace, Delphinium, and Promises, which are all from her White Lace & Promises collection. This bridal themed collection, which has nine polishes, is set to release in early February!
Here is a little snippet from Laura herself:
"A bouquet of pastel shimmers, a perfectly coordinating iridescent topcoat, and a sparkling textured glitter inspired by a diamond ring. Designed as a complete collection for the bride and her bridesmaids, or as a soft and elegant spring look for any occasion!
Available February 1st at ellagee.com"

White Lace
White Lace is a delicate white polish with a small amount of silver, pink, and blue shimmer. It was opaque in 3 average coats and had an awesome formula! It dried pretty fast too!
I'm not one for wearing white polishes on their own, but White Lace broke the barrier!

Delphinium
Delphinium is a baby blue polish with silver and blue shimmer. I used two average coats here, but if you are aiming for full opacity, then I would do three coats. Like White Lace, Delphinium had an awesome formula and dry time.
Just look at this beauty!

Promises
Promises is definitely the life of the party! As a silver glitter texture polish, Promises is opaque in two thin coats. The dry time was average, as well as the formula.
I was very impressed with Promises! Not only is it a great texture, but it is awesome for nail art, as you will see later in this post.
Here is a macro of Promises! How pretty!

I can't review polishes without some form of nail art, so let's see how these three polishes were up to the challenge!
They created such a delicate nail art look!

Go show Laura some love! Make sure to visit her store, Facebook, and Instagram!
All of the polishes in the White Lace & Promises collection retail for $9.50USD, with the exception of Promises, which retails for $10.00USD.

I loved these polishes and I hope you will too! <3
