Zoya Naturel Deux

 * The following products were sent to me for my honest review. For more information, please visit my disclosure policy.*

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I have Zoya's newest collection: Naturel Deux. There are six polishes in this collection. Three are brown toned and three are berry toned.

All photos are taken in a mix of natural and artificial light. I used two coats for each polish for full opacity and topped them off with top coat. Each polish had the same consistency and quality. Overall, I was very impressed.

First up, the browns!

Zoya Spencer

Zoya Chanelle

Zoya Emilia

 Next, the berries!

 Zoya Madeline

Zoya Aubrey

Zoya Marney

This collection, like the first naturel collection, is awesome! The polishes are opaque in two coats, they have good formulas, and they have decent dry times. A+ Zoya!

I'd have to say that Madeline is my favorite from this collection. I cannot wait for the cooler months to roll around, as I see some fall themed manicures stemming from this collection!

What polish is your favorite?

Twinsie Thursday: Blue & Coral One Stroke Flowers

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
How awesome is Lothwen's design!?

Hello lovelies!
It's me again, for this month's Twinsie Thursday! Samantha proposed trying a new technique for this TT, one stroke flowers. Well man that was a challenge! They make it look so easy.. it really isn't though! One needs a good brush and good paint. I ordered the former but sadly not the latter, so I quit trying to paint it on with acrylic paint (it wouldn't bloody stick to my nails!) and decided to use nail polish instead. The colours we decided on were coral and blue. I so happened to have a new blue from LynBDesigns in my possession, Absolutely Absolem, so I had to use it. This is the result:

The coral is an oldie from Essence, "What do u think?" and the nude is from Etos. This was as good as my one-strokes have ever been, so it had to do. So what do u think?

Now go check out Samantha's design on my blog, it is a super cute design and totally different! It surprised me that despite using the same colour scheme and technique, we both ended up with such different manis! It's really funny :D

Until next month!

Sinful Colors All the Rage & You Polish Neon Sprinkles or Something

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I have two polishes that were meant for each other. I mean, just look at this....

Sinful Colors All the Rage is a part of the Sinful Shine line, which I absolutely love! I used two coats for complete opacity.

I topped it off with one coat of You Polish Neon Sprinkles or Something. It has yellow hex, lime square, blue hex, and giant pink hex glitters. I did have to fish out the giant pink hex, but that is to be expected of a glitter in a mini bottle. This polish has been sitting in my untrieds for the longest time, but it may be one of my new favorites. I actually won it in a giveaway from Lace and Lacquers a year ago!

This mani also let me debut my new nubbins, which may stay for a while. They don't chip as much when they are short and this is very important because I'll be going back to school in less than ten days!

Twin Nails: Birds & Feathers

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I have a twin post with Morven from Pretty Quirky!
We decided to go with a feather with birds ''flying out'' of it over a blue gradient!

For my gradient, I used Wet n Wild Teal Slowly and See, along with Zoya Ling. For the design I used L.A. Colors Art Deco Striper in Black.

I really like the way this looks! I may try it again over a multicolor gradient for a sunset effect.

Here are Morven's nails. How cute are they!?

Until next time! <3

Mustache Nail Stickers

* The following products were sent to me for my honest review. For more information, please visit my disclosure policy.*

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I'm reviewing the 3D Nail Seal Beard Series Beard Pattern Nail Seal-440 [3D-440] from KKCenterHK. They retail for $1.00USD.
I was so excited when this showed up at my door, but once I put them on, I was very disappointed.

Here you can see four of seven nail designs from the package over Sinful Colors Thimbleberry.

These designs are easy to apply and are the perfect size were the perfect size for my nails, but the quality was lacking. As soon as I top coated this manicure for photos,
the designs started to shrink up, bubble, and it almost seemed like they were melting. Have you ever put nail polish on styrofoam? It melts right through it.  That is exactly what the reaction reminded me of.

Do you have any tips for nail stickers? Let me know in the comments!

Pink Bows

* The following products were sent to me for my honest review. For more information, please visit my disclosure policy.*

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I have a subtle and simple nail art look, using the N.NAIL QA29 Stamping Plate from KKCenterHK.

I started the manicure off with two coats of Zoya Rue, which is a subtle blush color. Then, using Sally Hansen Pink Punk and the QA29 plate, I stamped on one of the bow patterns all over my nails.  I topped the look off with China Glaze Fairy Dust to give it an extra sparkle.

The stamping plate is sold on KKCenterHK's website for $3.00USD. As there are many cute bow designs on the plate, I'm sure it will show up in furture posts.

Do you have any stamping advice? Let me know in the comments below!

Revlon Nail Art Style Strips: Wild One

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Today I have a super fun and funky manicure to show you!

I recently picked up a few boxes of Revlon Nail Art Style Strips and so far I'm loving them!
For this manicure, I used Wild One.

Each box contains sixteen nail art strips, an orange stick, and a mini nail file.

Application is fairly easy. First, prepare your nails by wiping them down with acetone. Then, apply the strips one by one, filing each one down to fit your nails. Lastly, apply top coat to seal in the strips.

These strips are made out of real nail lacquer, so they are easy to remove. They also wear like steel. I've had these on for three days and they look like they did when I first applied them.

What do you think about nail strips? Do you love them? Hate them? Let me know below!

Palette Cleanser

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Happy Fourth of July to my fellow Americans!
Today I have a palette cleansing manicure, as looking through hundreds of Fourth of July manicures can get a bit overwhelming.

I started off with two coats of Zoya Rue. Rue is a subtle blush color and is opaque in two even coats.

Then I applied one coat of OPI Lights of Emerald City. Lights of Emerald City has large white square and small iridescent square glitters. I had to fish the white squares out, but it gave an overall decent glitter payoff.

I hope everyone has a safe holiday! :)
